We stand behind our policy by extending a full refund if we ship you the wrong style, color, or size. You may exchange your merchandise by simply contacting us via email and phone call within 3 days of receiving your order for a store or online credit. There is a shipping cost and a 15% Restocking Fee for all exchanges. The three-day eligibility to request an exchange begins on the day that our shipping provider indicates the dress was delivered to you.
